01/2024: Ninfa Fluida @ IFFR 2024
Exciting news! Ninfa Fluida will officially premiere at the International Film Festival in Rotterdam on January 28th, 2024. There are three screenings planned so far at Lantaren Venster and Cinerama. The film is part of the Symbiosis program, which includes the works of Zalán Szakács and Katarina Jazbec. See you there!
12/2023: CBK Praktijkpijdrage for Ninfa Fluida
With the upcoming premiere of Ninfa Fluida @IFFR 2024, the CBK Rotterdam granted me an extra financial support to fine tune the public presentation, communication and technical aspects of the film.
09/2023: Seeing With Water - Hydromedia Symposium @HKU
I have been invited to participate in the Hydromedia symposium Seeing With Water that will take place on Thursday 5 October 2023 in Stadsschouwburg Utrecht. I will present a film in progress and reflect on the place of water within my practice of cinema. The symposium will shed a light on (our relation to) water and water management from the perspectives of philosophy, ecology, science and fine art. Speakers include philosopher René ten Bos, designer/curator Henriette Waal, artist Suzette Bousema, artist/filmmaker Ugo Petronin, geographer Els Otterman, and scientists Sven Teurlincx, Lisette de Senerpont Domis (Netherlands Institute of Ecology) and Annelies Veraart (Radboud University).

02/2023: Campsite Art Residency @ TENT Rotterdam
In March 2023 I will be collaborating with Noemi Calzavara at CAMPSITE, a residency program organized by the art community TimeWindow in TENT Rotterdam. The results of our collaboration will be publicly shared through a performance and an installation.

03/2023: Mondriaan Fonds > Artist Start Grant 23/24
For 2023-2024 I will receive the Artist Start Grant of the Mondriaan Fonds, to support the developpement of my art practice. This is an incredible news, as it will provide a well needed stability, and the confidence to dive into new ambitious projects.
